 Calvary Baptist Church is a small Independent Baptist Church with a large heart and a friendly atmosphere. It's purpose is to evangelize the lost, that they might come to know God, and to reach out and support the community. Calvary Baptist follows the King James Version. It was founded in 1963, by 22 members some of which are still there today. Calvary Baptist Church supports the community through events such as "Feed the Community" Day, where the church grills hotdogs and hamburgers and gives them away to any who are willing to stop by. Events such as Calvary Field Day, hosting a friendly competition between between several small churches, allow us to gain new friends and lift up our brothers and sisters in Christ. |
